Tooth cleaning / sandblasting

Calculus can often be a problem. Long-term deposits lead to the withdrawal of the gums, which results in the bareness of the tooth neck and subsequent sensitivity. That is why it is important to come for check-ups every 3 months. - 6 months and, if necessary, to remove the teeth tartar.

Ceramic crowns

Crowns are made in case of breakage or damage to the crown part of the tooth where it is not possible to put only the filling; in teeth with large carious lesions, or in teeth that have changed color (aesthetic reasons). Crowns are placed on natural teeth that have been prepared in advance or on implants. There are three basic types of crowns:

Metal ceramic crowns are indicated in people with stronger masticatory forces or in a larger range (circular bridges).

Zircon ceramic crowns are considered aesthetic crowns. Their indication is a smaller range, 4 to 5 teeth. They are made with the help of CAD / CAM technology.

Fully ceramic crowns (Emax and Empress) are made of ceramic and are placed separately on each tooth.

Dental veneers are smaller ceramic elements that require minimal grinding and greatly help to hide defects, changes in the teeth where filling would not lead to an ideal solution. They belong to fixed prosthetic replacements and can be ceramic or composite.

Mobile works

Total or partial dentures that serve as a definitive or temporary solution. These include acrylic or wironit (skeletal) dentures, and reduced wironit dentures with an anchor on a small number of implants and a bar as a link between the implant and the skeletal denture. The ideal solution for people who do not want or cannot do additional sinus lift surgery.

Inlay / Onlay / Overlay

Inlay, Onlay and Overlay are prosthetic fillings whose purpose is to cover tooth damage caused by caries or trauma.

Unlike classic fillings, before making Inlay / Onlay / Overlay fillings, a tooth impression is taken or the prepared defect is scanned with an intraoral scanner, and inlay / onlay / overlay is made outside the patient's oral cavity (in the laboratory) followed by cementation on tooth.

This method ensures greater precision in construction and better quality that perfectly matches the patient's tooth, which reduces the chances of it falling out or cracking.

Dental fillings and root canal treatments

Any change in the tooth can be a suspicion of caries. Only one tooth surface can be affected, then we are talking about a single-surface filling, two tooth surfaces (two-surface filling), or three tooth surfaces (three-surface filling). If the caries has affected the deeper layers of the tooth, it will most likely be necessary to treat the said tooth.

Endodontic treatments can be completed in one session, but depending on the condition of the teeth, the visit to the dentist can be extended several times. The number of visits will be told to you by your dentist.

Implants

Implants are tooth root replacements. They are placed in the bone, and after implantation, the process of osseointegration connects the implant with the surrounding bone. This process lasts between 4 months to 6 months, depending on whether it is done in the upper or lower jaw.

The implant is made of biocompatible material, titanium, and any possibility of an allergic reaction has been canceled.

The implant can replace only one tooth to avoid grinding adjacent teeth or in the case of complete edentulous jaw when implants are used to fix a reduced denture or to make a fixed prosthetic work.

Periodontal therapy

In certain cases, there is a withdrawal of the gums, which results in tooth displacement, the appearance of periodontal pockets and occasional bleeding gums.

At the first appearance of one of the listed symptoms, it is obligatory to contact the dentist so that early periodontal therapy can be started. Long waits lead to increasing bone resorption, greater tooth mobility and the only therapy is extraction.

All-on-4 / All-on-6 method

All-on-4 / All-on-6 method involves the installation of 4/6 dental implants and prosthetic work in 24 hours. At the examination, your doctor will determine whether you are a candidate for this procedure.

The prerequisite is the patient's health, enough jaw bone and a healthy oral mucosa.

Dental bone augmentation

Autologous bone

A surgical procedure in which the patient's bone is taken and later used as augmentation material to cover the defect of the part where we want to install the implant. We have two operational areas for this treatment.

Artificial bone

Use of different biomaterials of artificial origin with osteogenic potential that are biocompatible and bioactive. They are most often of synthetic or animal origin.

At your first check-up, your doctor will decide which of the following procedures would be most ideal for you and why.

Sinus lift

Unilateral or bilateral maxillary sinus elevation is an indication in those patients in whom the bottom of the maxillary sinus was lowered due to tooth loss in the molar region, and therefore it is not possible to place a dental implant without prior elevation of the maxillary sinus.

After access to the mucous membrane, it is lifted, and the newly formed sinus opening is augmented with the selected synthetic material.

In this way, we get the sufficient height required for the installation of a dental implant. The examination will determine whether it is possible to immediately place a dental implant with the procedure of elevating the maxillary sinus, or whether the implant will be inserted in the second phase.

Aesthetic surgery

• Application of hyaluronic acid
• Botox
• Removal of warts, moles

Radiology

• Rtg

Dental laboratory

In addition to the dental practice, there is also a dental laboratory. We additionally work with external dental technicians to provide the best service to our patients.

Orthodontics

Orthodontics is a branch of dentistry that deals with correcting the incorrect position of teeth and jaws. Aesthetic but also functional problem is solved.

Orthodontic therapy is relatively long-lasting and requires patient engagement and cooperation. During the therapy, it is necessary to follow the instructions and maintain good oral hygiene.
