Teeth cleaning / sandblasting
Frequent tartar buildup can be a problem. Long-term deposits lead to gum recession, which causes bare tooth necks and subsequent sensitivity. That’s why it’s important to come for checkups every 3 months. – 6 months and, if necessary, remove the tartar.
Ceramic crowns
Crowns are made in case of breakage or damage to the coronal part of the tooth where it is not possible to place only a filling; in teeth with large carious lesions or in teeth that have changed color (aesthetic reasons). Crowns are placed on previously prepared natural teeth or on
implants. There are three basic types of crowns:
Metal-ceramic crowns are indicated for people with stronger chewing forces or for a larger span (round bridges).
Zirconia ceramic crowns are considered aesthetic crowns. Their indication is a smaller range, from 4 to 5 teeth. They are made with the aid of CAD/CAM technology.
All-ceramic crowns (Emax and Empress) are made of ceramic and placed separately on each tooth.
Dental veneers are smaller ceramic elements that require minimal grinding and go a long way in hiding flaws, changes in your teeth where a filling wouldn’t lead to an ideal fix. They belong to the fixed prosthetic replacements and can be made of ceramic or composite.
Mobile dental work
Full or partial dentures that serve as a definitive or temporary solution. These are acrylate or wironite dentures (framework) and reduced wironite dentures with an anchor point for fewer implants and a bar as a connection between the implant and the framework denture. An ideal solution for people who don’t want to or can’t do a further maxillary sinus lift surgery.
Inlays/Onlays/Overlays
Inlay, Onlay and Overlay are prosthetic fillings whose purpose is to cover damage to the teeth caused by caries or trauma.
Unlike classic fillings, before the Inlay/Onlay/Overlay filling is created, an impression of the tooth is taken or the prepared defect is scanned with an intraoral scanner, and the Inlay/Onlay/Overlay is created outside the oral cavity of the patient (in the laboratory), followed by its cementation (fixation on the tooth). This method ensures higher precision during manufacturing and better quality that fits perfectly to the patient’s tooth, which reduces the chances of it falling out or breaking.
Fillings and dental treatments
Any changes in the tooth can be a suspicion of tooth decay. Only one tooth surface can be affected, in which case we speak of a single-surface filling, two tooth surfaces (two-surface filling) or three tooth surfaces (three-surface filling). If the caries has affected the deeper layers of the tooth, it is very likely that said tooth needs to be treated.
Endodontic treatment can be completed in one session, but depending on the condition of the teeth, the visit to the dentist can be extended several times. Your dentist will tell you the number of visits.
Implants
Implants are replacements of the tooth root. They are placed into the bone and, after placement, the implant is connected to the surrounding bone through the process of osseointegration. This process lasts for 4 months. to 6.j., depending on whether it is performed in the upper or lower jaw.
The implant is made of biocompatible material, titanium, and any possibility of allergic reaction is cancelled.
An implant can replace only one tooth to avoid grinding of adjacent teeth or in case of missing teeth when the implants are used to fix a reduced dental prosthesis or to perform a fixed prosthetic work.
All-on-4 / All-on-6
The All-on-4/All-on-6 method involves placeing 4/6 dental implants and creating a prosthetic work in 24 hours.
During the exam, your doctor will determine if you are a candidate for this
procedure .
Dental bone augmentation
Autologous bone
A surgical procedure in which the patient's bone is harvested, which is later used as augmentation material to cover the defect in the part where the implant is to be installed. In this operation, we have two areas of operation.
Artificial bone
The use of different biomaterials of artificial origin with biocompatible and bioactive osteogenic potential. Most often they are of synthetic or animal origin. Your doctor will decide at the first examination which of the procedures mentioned would be the most ideal for you and why.
A prerequisite is the health of the patient, sufficient dental bone and a healthy mucous membrane of the oral cavity.
Maxillary sinus lift
The unilateral or bilateral maxillary sinus lift is an indication for those patients in whom, due to the loss of teeth in the molar region, the bottom of the maxillary sinus has subsided, and therefore it is not possible to install a dental implant without first lifting ( elevation) of the maxillary sinus.
After accessing the mucous membrane, it is lifted up and the newly created sinus opening is augmented with the selected synthetic material.
In this way we obtain sufficient height, which is necessary for the placement of a dental implant. The examination will determine whether it is possible to proceed immediately with the sinus lift procedure and placement of a dental implant or whether the implant will be installed in a second stage.
Cosmetic Surgery
• Application of hyaluronic acid

• Removal of warts, atheroma
Radiology
• X-ray
• Panoramic image of the jaw (orthopantomography)

Orthodontics
Orthodontics is a branch of dentistry that deals with correcting the incorrect position of the teeth and jaws. An aesthetic as well as functional problem is solved.
Orthodontic therapy is relatively long-term and requires the patient’s commitment and cooperation. During the therapy it is necessary to follow the instructions and maintain good oral hygiene.
